Billing questions
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial status is enforced server-side, not just a frontend countdown — GET /billing/subscription reflects the real trialing/trial_expired/active state. If your trial expires before you choose a plan, AI usage and new-product limits pause until you upgrade; your data is never deleted.
Do you charge per AI request?
Every plan includes a usage allowance appropriate to its tier. AI usage is tracked per business (requests, tokens, estimated cost) and visible in your AI Usage dashboard in real time — no surprise overages without visibility first.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrades take effect immediately through your billing dashboard. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard card payments via Stripe. We never store your card details ourselves.
