Quick start: your first useful answer
From a new workspace to a customer getting a grounded answer, in the order that matters.
Outcome: A catalog Anchor can answer from, and the widget on your site.
Before you begin
You need a Pinevon account (Start Free creates it), a list of your products with at least a name and a price, and access to edit your website if you want the widget on it.
The five steps
- Create your business. Pick a name and a short address; choose your country, currency, language and timezone.
- Add your products: import a CSV or Excel file, or add a few by hand. Give each a clear description.
- Brand the widget and copy the install script from Business website.
- Paste the script before the closing body tag of your pages, or share the hosted storefront link instead.
- Ask it real questions yourself, check the sources shown beside each answer, and fix the product records where an answer is wrong.
What happens next
New questions and quote requests appear in Conversations and Quotes, and the home page and daily brief begin to summarise what needs attention.
